Hof van Lynden

Hof van Lynden won best urban design and architecture proposal in a design competition for the development of housing in an industrial area on the edge of the town Badhoevedorp. The project proposal emphasized maximizing space through efficient compact housing with parking in the backyards, below lifted decks, or in garages under the apartment building.

Living in nature

​

This design allowed to create compact private spaces within the building block and maximize a landscaped public open space with long grasses, fields of flowers and trees along the existing nearby waterway.
